There are two parts to this web page. The first one is about classifying your brain. (what type of brain you have) with the Herrmann Whole brain system. This is interesting to know, think of it like a more scientific personality test!
The second part is about your types of learning. This could help in school and study. It is not really related to the brain but i wanted to add it because it is similar to my first subject!

First is the Herrmann Whole Brain system. (If you want more info on this just google it there is heaps of stuff!) Basically there are 4 parts to your brain (as shown below) People have a preferred part of the brain. For example if you are very blue then you would be quite good at maths, you would often analyze a situation rather than let your emotions take over. Unfortunately I cannot create an accurate test that would tell you exactly what you are. However, I can tell you what each part of brain is like and you have to decide what you are most like (again there would probably be tests on the web for this).
Blue Brain

• Very Analytical and often makes decisions based on Facts. not feelings
• Usually good at maths. (Note: I said Usually)
• Likes to know the facts.
• Likes to know how things work
• Has a logical reasoning with problems

This Person would always think things through before making a decision. These people like to know what is happening and how. Most scientists are Blue-brained.
Green Brain

• Very organized
• Pays attention to the details
• Step-by-step problem Solving.
• Always Plan ahead
• Good at safekeeping

This Person would have a Daily planner that they would use regularly. They are always ready with all the things that they need for the day. They would be good Managers because of their good organization and reliability.

Red Brain

• Usually Kinesthetic (see at the Bottom)
• Emotional
• Spiritual
• Always relates everything to himself/herself

This Person is a "People Smart" person. He/She would be good with customers and other people. These people are very emotional-based and will often make decisions based on what they feel. These people often relate things they hear to themselves.

Yellow Brain

• Visual (look at the bottom)
• Inventive Imaginative
• Looking at the big Picture
• Takes Challenges Metaphoric thinking
• Long term Thinking

Most Yellow brained people are creative and imaginative. You like to take challenges and create a new way to do things. Some Yellow brained people could be 'artistic' while others might like to invent new ideas. However, depending on organization (green) you might not get it done!

Now i bet you want to know what brain you have? Well you can definitely be more than one so I have this table for you to fill out. First, get a scrap piece of paper and have three boxes for tallies (column A,B and C). What you do is you look at the table and decide what is most like you. Then if you think that the characteristic is most like you then add a tally to the correct box (note: you can only mark 20)

EXAMPLE. If I liked to learn by experimenting (Trail and error) then i would add a point to the Box labeled C. (if you have problems than please post a comment. I will get an email notification and i will post a help comment back.

Now here is something very very fascinating to have a look at. It falls into the category of the subject abive but it is more vague. Do you know the expressing "left brained" or "right brained"? Well here is a great visual test to see whick one you are!


If you see the Girl Spinning Clockwise then you are more Right sided.
If you see the girl spinnining anticlockwise then you are left brained

(in the table above you might be Blue and Yellow which is Both left and right but this is more personality)

RIGHT BRAIN FUNCTIONS uses feeling "big picture" oriented imagination rules symbols and images present and future philosophy & religion can "get it" (i.e. meaning) believes appreciates spatial perception knows object function fantasy based presents possibilities impetuous risk taking
